Yes! Progress is in progress... LOL

I have lost a little more weight and life is great!! God is so good and I have much to be thankful for!

Hope everyone is having a great year... gearing up for all the holidays! Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas!

Progress Report

Well, it hasn't been easy... switching the diet to all healthy stuff. 
Progress is having lost 4 lbs so far!

I'm starting to feel better and have more energy - which I'm sure is a side effect from eating better! LOL
