Progress Report

Well, it hasn't been easy... switching the diet to all healthy stuff. 
Progress is having lost 4 lbs so far!

I'm starting to feel better and have more energy - which I'm sure is a side effect from eating better! LOL

Refusing to sew!!

Sorry I haven't been very active lately!!  I have realized that I am 50lbs overweight and everything I try to put together just makes me want to hide under a rock.....
Therefore, I have started eating a healthier diet and am looking into our local Curves place this Monday.  I am not going to sew anything else for myself until I lose this weight!!  I figure that should be great motivation because I am so wanting to sew myself some nice dresses, skirts & outfits!!

I will keep you guys posted on my progress - guess this is turning out to be a weight loss diary for a little while, LOL!

Consider this Day 1..... 50 lbs to go! 

Current Project...

McCall's 4769 is the latest project I'm working on... I looked through my stash of fabric and found a small printed cotton fabric in just enough yardage to make this dress without the sash.  I have cut out the pattern pieces and have yet to get started actually sewing them together.  I will post more on this project when I get something to take a picture of ... :)
